Every employer who has to keep a team certified runs into the same arithmetic. The course fee is small. The day it costs you is not.
A traditional class asks for one instructor, one room, one date, and everyone present at the same time. For a nursing unit, a job site, a childcare center or a restaurant, that day is the expensive part — backfilled shifts, overtime, or running short while your people sit in a classroom.
So certifications slip. They get caught during a survey, an audit or a licensing visit, and then they get fixed under pressure and at a premium.
We built Group Training to remove the classroom day, not the training.
One Group Training plan for the whole team
Your organization purchases the certifications it needs in one plan. Employees receive access codes, complete the online coursework on their own schedule, and book the hands-on skills check that works for them.
The company portal shows available licenses, issued codes, bookings, completions, and upcoming renewals in one place, across every team and location.
Licenses are assigned when people need them, so new hires and staggered renewals do not have to wait for a company-wide class.
Two ways to buy Group Training
Buy a bulk license pack for our offices. Those access codes are redeemable across 75 locations across Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming, so each person can choose the office and appointment that fits their schedule.
Buy CPR Go Kit seats for your facility. This separate option has a 10-person minimum. The CPR Go Kit stays at your facility for several days based on headcount. Each employee completes an individual 20–30 minute check-off when their schedule allows, then returns to work.
Skills are measured, not eyeballed
Every hands-on skills check uses feedback-enabled equipment.
Compression rate and depth are measured live with RQI technology while each person works. They see their own numbers, and the result is a defensible per-person record.
That means skills are verified consistently whether an employee visits one of our locations or completes an individual on-site check-off with the CPR Go Kit.
What your people walk away with
A nationally recognized American Heart Association eCard, issued to the individual, in their own name, verifiable online by you or by a surveyor.
It's issued as soon as they pass — the same day. For context, the AHA requires Training Centers to issue completion cards within 20 business days. Most providers use most of them.
The card belongs to the person, not to the employer who paid for it, and it stays valid for two years — through the end of the month it was issued in.
