CPR and AED certification for everyone on your floor, not just your trainers

Trainers, group-fitness instructors, front desk, lifeguard support and management use Group Training access codes at any location while operators track completion in one portal. The CPR Go Kit adds on-site check-offs around classes and shift changes.

Your trainers are already certified. That's the problem.

Most personal trainers hold a current CPR/AED card, because the major certifying bodies require it to keep their credential active. So facilities assume they're covered.

Then look at an actual Tuesday at 6am, or a Sunday afternoon: the person nearest the floor is a front-desk attendant, a group-fitness instructor between classes, or a shift lead. The trainer with the card may be in a session in another room, or not in the building at all.

Coverage isn't a function of your best-credentialed employee. It's a function of who is standing there.

The AED question

Staff complete the coursework on their own schedule.

Official AHA-aligned modules, done between shifts rather than in a booked-out training day.

The CPR Go Kit stays at your facility for several days.

The automated station is available on site during the scheduled visit, with adult and infant manikins and live compression feedback.

03

Each person completes an individual 20–30 minute hands-on check-off.

They choose a time that fits their shift, complete the check-off, and then go back to work.

Each person receives a nationally recognized AHA eCard.

Issued individually and verifiable, with a roster of who is current and renewal reminders for what is coming due.

Many states require AEDs in health clubs and fitness facilities, and a number of those laws also require trained staff on site during operating hours. Requirements differ significantly state to state, so check yours — but the pattern is consistent: the device and the trained person are treated as a pair, not as alternatives.

An AED on the wall with nobody confident enough to open it is the worst of both outcomes: the cost of compliance without the benefit of it.

Two ways to buy Group Training

Bulk License Packs Across Locations

Buy once, send access codes redeemable at any location, draw down across every club or studio and assign licenses to new hires in week one.

On-site CPR Go Kit visit

The kit stays in a studio or stretch area for several days based on headcount while staff complete individual 20–30 minute check-offs between classes and shift changes.

Bulk license packs and on-site CPR Go Kit seats are separate purchases with their own pricing. Bulk license packs are priced as low as $89 per person, and individual on-site CPR Go Kit check-offs are priced as low as $99 per person with a 10-person minimum. Volume discounts scale with your headcount. Get your custom quote →

What your team needs

Everyone receives a nationally recognized AHA eCard in their own name — accepted by the major trainer-certification bodies for credential renewal, so one training satisfies both your facility's coverage and your trainers' individual requirements.

Why gyms don't train the whole staff — and how that changes

No hour when everyone is in.

Fitness staffing is part-time, high-turnover and spread across early mornings, evenings and weekends. A traditional class asks you to find one hour that doesn't exist.

Coursework done individually.

Staff complete the online portion on their own time, wherever they are.

We come to the floor.

The CPR Go Kit sets up in a studio, on the turf or in a spin room between classes.

Checked off one at a time.

People are verified as they come on and off shift, so nothing stops running.

For multi-location operators and franchises

Bulk license packs are bought once and drawn down across locations, so a franchisee with four studios or an operator with thirty clubs isn't negotiating site by site.

New hires get a license assigned in their first week rather than waiting for a quarterly class.
