The scheduling problem is the whole problem

Long-term care and home health don't have a training day. They have three shifts, a float pool, per-diem staff, and a group of home health workers who may not set foot in the office in a given week.

That doesn't work in long-term care, where staff are spread across shifts, buildings and client homes. Certifications can lapse quietly, get caught during a survey or audit, and then have to be fixed under pressure and at premium cost.

CPR Certification Labs is built the other way around. Coursework is completed individually online, then each person can book a skills check at any location. When certifying at your facility works better, the CPR Go Kit lets people come through individually across a shift rather than all at once.

On-site means genuinely on-site

Staff complete the coursework on their own schedule.

Official AHA-aligned modules, done between shifts rather than in a booked-out training day.

03

Each person completes an individual 20–30 minute hands-on check-off.

They choose a time that fits their shift, complete the check-off, and then go back to work.

Issued individually and verifiable, with a roster of who is current and renewal reminders for what is coming due.

The CPR Go Kit is a wheeled case that opens into a complete skills station: adult manikin, infant manikin, bag-valve masks, and a tablet showing live compression rate and depth. It sets up in a dining room after breakfast service, a therapy gym between sessions, a staff room, or the corner of an activity space.

For home health agencies, the usual pattern is a station set up in the office on the days aides come in for supplies, paperwork or a team meeting — so certification attaches to a trip they were already making.

Two ways to buy Group Training

Bulk License Packs for Rolling Intakes

Buy a bulk license pack and assign access codes as people join or come due, redeemable at any location.

Best for: home health agencies and multi-building groups.

On-site CPR Go Kit visit

The kit stays in your building for several days based on headcount, and staff complete individual 20–30 minute check-offs across every shift.

Bulk license packs and on-site CPR Go Kit seats are separate purchases with their own pricing. Bulk license packs are priced as low as $89 per person, and individual on-site CPR Go Kit check-offs are priced as low as $99 per person with a 10-person minimum. Volume discounts scale with your headcount. Get your custom quote →

Verifiable AHA eCards with clear issue and expiration dates for every person on staff.

The level is stated on the card, so you can show the right level for the right role.

No binder dependency.

Nothing depends on a class roster or a paper certificate that lives in one binder.

Bulk License Packs That Absorb Turnover.

Assign a license to a new hire in their first week instead of waiting for the next scheduled class.

How bulk license packs address turnover

Long-term care runs high turnover. Buying individual certifications six months out means paying for people who have already moved on.

Bulk license packs are purchased in groups of at least 10 and then assigned when you need them throughout the year: certify the eight people who are currently on staff this month, hold the remaining licenses for the next intake, assign a license to a new hire in their first week, and redeem at any CPR Certification Labs location — which matters even more if you run more than one building or shift.
