Corporate licenses

Corporate CPR certification licenses

Buy a block of AHA certifications at a volume rate. Assign them to your people, decide how much of each one you cover, and watch them get used — without approving a single expense report.

One license, one certification

01

A license is one prepaid certification. You buy them in a block; your employee redeems one when they get certified.

02

It isn't tied to a fixed date, and it isn't tied to a specific person until you assign one.

03

That's the whole model. Everything below is detail.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us your headcount.

Which certifications, how many people, and where they are. You get a per-person rate and one invoice for the block.

  2. 02

    Issue codes to your people.

Each employee gets an access code. Your portal tracks how many codes you've issued, how many have been redeemed, and how many are left.

  3. 03

    They book their own appointment.

Your employee enters their code, sees their price — including $0 — picks a location and a time, and books. Nothing comes back to you for approval.

  4. 04

    They get certified.

Online coursework at their own pace, then a one-on-one hands-on skills check on AHA-approved equipment, then an official AHA eCard in their own name.

  5. 05

You watch the balance, not the paperwork.

Licenses used and remaining, who has booked, upcoming sessions, completions by month. Top up when you're low.

Decide how much you cover

This is where a license block stops being a bulk discount and starts being a benefit you can design. You set the coverage for your plan, and every employee sees the result as a price before they pay.

You coverYour employee sees
Fully covered$0. They book and go.
A fixed amount per personYour amount comes off; they pay the difference.
A percentageYour share comes off; they pay the rest.
Per certificationCover BLS in full, put $50 toward ACLS, leave PALS to them — different rules for different courses, in one plan.

Physical certification card

Otherwise $45 per participant.

Reschedule protection

Otherwise $15 per participant.

It lets you offer certification to your whole workforce without funding every course at 100%. Cover what compliance requires, subsidise what's optional, and let people opt into the rest at your corporate rate instead of retail. Your portal reports what employees paid out of pocket in total, so you can see whether your split is landing.

Volume pricing

Licenses start as low as $89 per person when bought in volume and redeemed at any of our locations. On-site group sessions start as low as $99 per person. Both drop further as headcount goes up. ACLS and PALS are priced separately.

  • Licenses redeemed at any locationFrom $89 per person
  • On-site group sessionFrom $99 per person

What you can see in your company portal

Every account gets a portal. No setup, no integration.

License balance
Allocated, used and remaining, with a low-balance warning before your people start hitting a wall.
Access codes
Issued, redeemed and remaining.
Who has booked
Employees booked, total reservations, upcoming sessions, and your next session date.
Completions by month
Across the current calendar year.
Certifications chosen
BLS, ACLS and PALS by volume, so you can see what your team actually needs.
Locations used
Where your people are going.
Employee out-of-pocket
What employees paid themselves in total, and how many reservations were only partly covered.
Purchase history
Every purchase, its total, and your balance after it.

Buying more is self-serve. Add 5, 10, 25, 50 or any number up to 1,000, pay by card through Stripe, and the licenses are in your balance as soon as the payment confirms. A receipt goes to your billing email. If your organisation buys on invoice instead, self-service can be switched off for your account entirely.

Two ways to redeem a license

At any CPR Certification Labs location

Your employee picks the nearest location and a time that suits them. No minimum group size, no date everyone has to hit, no coordination on your end. Best for distributed teams, remote staff and rolling hiring.

On-site at your facility

For a group certifying together, we bring the CPR Go-Kit — a portable skills station with adult and infant manikins and live compression feedback — to you. Staff step away for a short check-off and go straight back to work.

Same licenses either way. The choice is per session, not per purchase.

What every certification includes

  • Official AHA-aligned coursework, online and self-paced
  • A one-on-one hands-on skills check on AHA-approved equipment — not a room of thirty people watching one instructor
  • An official AHA eCard in the employee's own name, issued on completion
  • BLS / CPR, ACLS and PALS
