From Group Training Plan to Certification

Start a Group Training plan
Your organization starts a Group Training plan with CPR Certification Labs. The plan defines your available certifications and coverage.
View your certification entitlements
See how many BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications your plan includes and how many remain — each type has its own balance.
Assign a code to an employee
A company admin assigns an access code to an employee. The portal shows which codes are issued, redeemed, or still available.
Employee completes registration
The employee enters their code, sees the certification it covers, confirms their details, and books the office appointment or on-site check-off tied to that purchase.
Employee completes the required steps
The employee completes the required online coursework and individual in-person skills check, then receives their official AHA eCard.
Company tracks status and renewals
Company admins can monitor license usage, employee progress, completed certifications, and upcoming renewal timing from the portal.
Official Certification eCards
Completed certifications result in an official American Heart Association eCard in the employee's name.

Partial coverage lets you offer certification to your whole workforce without funding every course at 100%. Cover what compliance requires, subsidize what's optional, and let people opt into the rest at your discounted rate instead of retail. Your portal reports the total employees paid out of pocket.
Group Training pricing
Group Training has two separate purchase options with their own pricing. Bulk license packs are priced as low as $89 per person when bought in volume and are redeemed at our offices. On-site CPR Go Kit seats are priced as low as $99 per person, with a minimum of 10 people. The kit stays at your facility for several days based on headcount, and each employee completes an individual check-off. Both prices drop further as headcount goes up. ACLS and PALS are priced separately.

Two ways to buy Group Training
Bulk license packs — at any CPR Certification Labs location
Packs start at 10 licenses; each license is used individually, whenever that person is ready. Bulk license packs are good for 1 year from the date of purchase — you can set your own deadlines for employees within that year. Best for distributed teams, remote staff and rolling hiring. Courses: BLS, ACLS and PALS.
On-site at your facility
We bring the CPR Go Kit — a portable skills station with adult and infant manikins and live compression feedback — to your facility for several days based on headcount. Each employee completes their own 20–30 minute check-off at a time that fits their schedule, then goes straight back to work. Courses: BLS, ACLS and PALS.
These are two separate purchases with their own pricing: bulk license packs are redeemed at our offices, Go Kit seats are used during your on-site visit.
